Not if they have any sense. Lows below freezing forecast for Thur night.
 
All the Chicago Harbors closed October 31, coulda stayed till Nov 15 if you wanted to drop an additional $300 to freeze but it looked like very few folks hung around late this year, even though it was one of the nicest falls on records. "Stuck" in Chicago doing what?
