43' DOUBLE CABIN (1970 - 1984)
Were Benmar Autopilots original equipment on 1981 43 DCMY? If so, does anyone know where the binacle/compass was mounted?
 
Hatteras never supplied electronics. I had one of these back in the day bought it new. Was great at making big circles. One of the worst pieces of electronics I’ve ever had on the boat.
 
They are still in business in California and provide great service if you need them, John
 
Our 1975 43DC had a Benmar. The binacle was in the locker behind the stbd aft cabin berth.
