Canvas enclosure for bridge ladder

How have others solved this problem.

We have a full enclosure for the bridge on our 52' convertable (no issues here)
We also have a complete cockpit enclosure (no issues here)
How do you enclose the top of the bridge ladder to keep water from running into cockpit?

Do a drop curtain that zips into the bridge enclosure and uses the snaps for your existing ladder cover.
