So... if they detect oil they stop pumping and send you a text telling you that in order to prevent a sheen on the water the smart switch will let the boat sink with 1000 gal of fuel on board?

If it turns off to protect the environment and sinks a boat to prevent a teaspoon of fuel from getting into the water what will you do when the EPA fines you for the 1000 gallons of diesel and the 20 gallons of heavy engine oil?
Need a switch with built in clock. only pump at night?!?
PS: Look into the Navy and how it refuels its ships underway. The destroyers etc mostly fill the fuel tanks with ballast water...when filling tanks they often overflow and put THOUSANDS of gallons of diesel over the side......
