Blinking LED Lights

In an old thread (2005) someone made mention of small battery powered devices with a blinking red light, which effectively leads an intruder into thinking there is an on-board alarm system. Anyone know where I can find these.

(I would be hurt if someone stole my Trasco binoculars! )
