Ok that is not true but it is more believable than west marine having a good price on something.

However I found today that they had the best price on a Jabsco Macerator, 12v. 129.00. So is guess it is possible that Osama will surrender and pledge his life to his true love, Michael Jackson.

this is a very good price for WM, they're only 5% more than boatfix... it's usually closer to 50%

unless you enjoy frequently opening your waste system, do yourself a favor and get the Sealand .... it's a little more but will run dry with no damage whereas the jabsco POS will sefl destruct after a very short time ...

I probably shouldn't jink myself, but I've been using the Jabsco macerator for 3 seasons now. Its never given me one problem.

jabsco in ours was about 6years old. yes it is a noisy pos made my own motor mount with thick soft rubber and it helps. it does the job. I did see there were other ones available, diaphram type appears to be a better way to go. we mainly use the head to p in and dont typicaly allow #2 unless emergency. anyhow i did not get a chance to shop this as i need to fix the thing tomorrow so it can be used on 4th, going to spoils island, not sure but other memebers here may also show up.
