Below deck/engine room paint?

With all of the time that I am spending inside of the engine room/generator room and chain locker, it seems that once the projects are done (yes, I know, "temporarily ahead on the maintenance" is probably the more accurate phrase) I would like not to look at the tired walls. Plus, a clean-looking space brings some much-needed calm to that dark pit feeling when something goes wrong-even if it's only an illusion. So, what paint have you used for freshening things up? Brand, type, whatever.

I used the Rustoleum with the Valspar harder from Tractor Supply and had good results. Works good on metal, wood and fiberglass

I used Mr. Clarksons engine room painting schedule. It is a little more work but the results are more than worth it and durable. There is a thread here where he describes it, I'm sure he will stop in to let us know where it is. Maybe another helpful YouTube video is in order.
