Atlantic Yacht Basin

Anyone at or near the Atlantic Yacht Basin marina on Chesapeake? I am interested in a 53' Hatteras MY kept there. Listed at yacht world...http://www.yachtworld.com/core/list...&access=Public&listing_id=1750&url=&imc=pg-fs

Anyone know the boat? Would be interested in perhaps having someone check her out for me if convenient.

The boat is "Mad Hatteras" and was in the slip next to me in Portsmouth, VA for two years.
