Anyone know this boat? 1988 60 ft MY (extended) - near St Pete

I've got an offer on her, and am looking for any details y'all might know...

The Hull number indicated a 60 MY, 67 CMY and the listing says 70 ft - looks like the (Hatteras yard) hull extension is 3 - feet.

I walked away from the 61 after inspection.
Didn't even survey it.

This 1988 67CMY (I got around to looking closely at the model brochures) was "extended" by enclosing the swim platform and adding some stairs.

It looks better in person than the photos indicate.

And the 8v92s were rebuilt and now have under 200 hrs on them.
(*That* I wonder about, as the rebuild was (reportedly) in 2015. The seller used her as an apartment and rarely took her out.
The engine survey will be interesting...)

Lots of boat for the money. Looks very original and in need of refreshing / upgrades. Engines are a big question mark, they must be working hard to get this boat on plane… as always unless the seller can show detailed documentation of the rebuilt… it didn’t happen.

Some more of those pictures aren't the same boat. We had some issues with POP Yachts when we initially started looking, and POP's listing pictures didn't match some of the boats we looked at when we were there in person. I think this one needs in-person walk-thru, don't trust the pics on YachtWorld. Just too many conflicts.

Agreed on all counts.
Original means I can redo (and make my own decoration mistakes!)
8-92s will be pushed for plane. It will make a believer out of 80-90% rated up, huh?
And, there is a ton of ‘paperwork’- so I’ll be able to see what’s what.

Survey was ok (a year ago).

I wonder more about 200 hrs on a 8 yr ago rebuild!
