Hey Bubba, at the risk of losing a sale on my 41DC, I found a heck of a nice 53C owned by another member, Al Scarborough in FTL.
I didn't look at the link you posted, and I don't know what your price range is. Al has his boat listed with a broker at $209K which will net him about $189k. He may have an owner's exclusion with his broker and sell it to you for the $189k. It is in excellent shape and I would buy it myself if I weren't looking at a liveaboard scenario. It's hard going down in size.
