Skooch is just up the Piankatank from the Fishing Bay anchorage near Roane Pt anchored and waiting for the Sunday morning drop in the SW-W winds. Plenty of room for a few more Hatts. Well protected from SW-little less W winds, sunny and nice. Cocktails at 5.

We've been running pretty hard and made New Bern Wed. Did I hear you went thru the Swamp? Thought I might be able to raise you on 16, no joy. Took us fair weather boaters 9 days to go from Baltimore to New Bern. Should be 5. Cold rain and lots of wind. The pilot house helps with cold and rain but 30 knots and I'm waiting.
Now you will be ahead of us. See ya in Stuart at the new year.

You got ahead of us. We switched plans and went to Elizabeth City (from Coinjock) to play tourist until we got the go ahead to go south from our insurance company. The radio has been off. So we run to Slade Creek tomorow, Friday, and then procede to Southport to visit friends there. Let's try to connect on Ch 16.
