Another question... temp gauges

So when I did a fast visit to see the 53' last week that I'm taking to Sarasota last week, did notice both temp gauges were at 180 degrees before I started the motors, the needles did not budge when I started the motors and stayed at 180.. Owner wants me to order new gauges .... Now I can't believe that both would go bad at the same time. The man that's going to be working on the boat isn't due back till the middle of next week......

Charlie, did you fire up the engines? Might make a difference. If not, time to get suspicious. But two bad the same way is weird.

Ah.... love it when a plan comes together... Got not only the temp gauges working, was able to get the lower unit's VHF and chart plotter working on going back to her boat today..
