Its all about Kenya right now, KOTUS (Kenyan of the United States) recently fired the military officer that objected being deployed to Afghanistan by the reasoning that Obama is an ineligible President and in effect he could become a War Criminal by following orders from an usurper in the Whitehouse.

Hell, let's talk about the Cambridge deal with BO inserting his foot into his mouth during his health care infomercial. I'm beginning to think the whole thing was just a PR stunt which will end with Obama bringing this black professor and white cop back together. That will get his ratings back up as that's why most people voted for him in the first place as the great race uniter.

Thanks for the condonlences. Thankfully, I was able to get it refloated with a little help from a local boat yard here in the California Delta. Seems that they recently got some really great pumps with money they got from the one of the many federal government bailouts. I am having a bit of problem with the insurance company paying the bill however. It seems they are spending all their money lobbying against the health care proposals and stated that they coudn't waste money on such a insignifcant issue as a claim, especially since they contend the sinking was caused by "named storm" off the Florida coast.

Back to the real issue, I frankly haven't really liked a president since Ronald Regan but always supported all of them as my president although I didn't always agree with them. It gets a bit tiring to hear all of the vitriol, anger, resentment, hate and sabotage aimed toward BO and his administration. 10 million more people voted for him than they did for his opponent. If we don't like the way he is running the country let's go out and find someone better and get that person elected rather than bellyaching about water that's already under the bridge.

Seriously on an insurance issure, our Hatteras 48 LRC Freedom currently lies in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico which is in a hurricane zone although the storms do not tend to track into Banderas Bay. When our insurance renewed in June our broker moved us from Markell American to one of the AIG companies. The policy terms were significantly better and the cost was $1000.00 less for the 12 month policy term. If you are having problems with coverage you might talk to you broker about AIG's new yacht coverage policy.
 
Hey, I was willing to give BO the benefit of the doubt, but my doubts far outweigh any of my benefits right now. As for those extra 10 million votes, those were about as shady as BO's numbers in his economic programs. Isn't it funny how you can go out into the real world and not find anybody who claims to have voted for Obama?

Thanks for the heads up on the new AIG policy, but I've already received word that I'm going to qualify for compensation under the Americans With Disabilities Act. I'm a boat junkie, and it turned out my buying these two old Hatts proved it. If I rebuild my starboard on the 58, I'm screwed.

By the way I'll admit to voting for BO. Only the 2nd democrat presidential candidate I have voted for since I registered in 1961. Basically I got tired of, while cruising Mexico, having to listsed to all of the Canadian boat folk say they really loved George W. because he screwed up the US economy so badly that their $ was finally at par with the US $.

Since I own 6 boats (of various sizes) It looks like I too may qualify for reasonable accomodation under ADA as a boat junkie. Does that entitle me cheaper berthing fees because my 401K plan has dropped off by over 40% under "W". It's recovering a little but accomodation would sure help.

Ah yes, Chicago.

Obama's phantom votes paled (no pun intended), in comparison to any of his predecessors. I don't remember any other ACORN-like organization being utilized in the past.

As for the dangling chads, seems I recall the dems went back and re-counted those to their satisfaction... or as close to satisfaction as a democrat is capable of achieving. Don't beat yourself up over voting for Obama...

Ain't our government great, although after living in Mexico each winter for the past 5 years one begins to really appreciate our system even as screwed up as it has gotten. At least down there however we can get lost in some great little anchorage in the Sea of Cortez that's 50 miles from a paved road and trade beer or coke, fishing tackle, T shirts, and / or cans of Spam for Lobster, Chocolate Clams and fresh fish with the local residents. The added bonus is never having to watch and listen to all the BS on CNN, FOX News, or MSNBC etc. because we simply can't get it. There are places out there where we can't even get phone service or our satillite e-mail service - rather refreshing given the state of affairs in the world today.

Then we have to come home for a while so the wife can see the grandkids. But thank God I have a wife who likes boating and cruising as much as I do.
 
Kudos to all the above,but this guy's real undoing is that absolutely nothing he's done has worked and he is a pathological liar.He is the only public figure I can remember that will look the American public in the eye and lie time after time,everyday,then when he is caught,beg forgiveness because he really didn't mean it that way.

In the honesty department he makes Bill Clinton look like a schoolboy.
