Sorry, this is not a 'because it a good boat' post. I just read Drudge site tonight. Farrah's dead, Michael's dead, 9 year old shot washing her dog, 1,200 pg Global Warming Bill (oops, sorry 'Climate' bill) may pass [update...it passed...sheesh ], etc., Iran says POTUS should go 'espress himself somewhere, plus picture of Pelosi (ooh, eeuww)..

So that is the purpose for my Hatt. Whether down below, esp. in ER, or on the back deck with drink and munchie of choice, anytime, night or day; no tv, no newspaper, only the weather on the radio, scanning 9/16, et al. Maybe underway, pressing forward on the master ball, synchro on, heading for cruise rpm, listing to DD's sing (scream?), knocking some sprary in the air.

That's why I have the Hatt I realize after all these years.

P.s, grand niece, 4yoa was carried into the salon last year by her mother. DVD and cartoons on, kids sprawled everwhere with video games, etc. My niece actually screeched at the sight, like this is some major party boat. Did Not want to leave! So she is in the spirit already.

Yup, I can relate.

I left work yesterday and headed for the boat, worked on her ‘till midnight, spent the night. I came into work this morning, found out Michael had died, was shocked, and made the announcement to the office (I figured I was the first to find out). They all looked at me like, “DUH!”

The world could just pass me right by and I’d be fine.

Now if only that damn cell phone would stop ringing. I leave it in the saloon when I’m in the ER and it never fails to ring when I’m down there. Last night I took it down there with me and it only rang when I left the ER to get something. BLAH!!!

My supervisor owns one of those Parachutes with a "fan" and seat below it....
He went for a fliight yesterday......
His body was found today.........

CEDARTOWN, Ga. - Two people are dead after a light sport airplane crashed near Cedartown late Thursday afternoon.

Kathleen Bergen with the Federal Aviation Administration said officials are unsure exactly when the plane went down, but 911 calls about a low flying aircraft were received about 4:30 p.m. Thursday. The two victims, whose identities are unknown, were found Friday morning by authorities.

No it wasent.I'm a pilot and a John Denver fan.He did die in an aircraft crash but it wasn't an ultrilight but a homebuilt aircraft that was high proformance .A Long Ezy I think,(Pascal might remember)and his tox test was postive for booze.A real shame in my mind .He bought the airplane and never had it checked out.Kinda like no survay or seatrials.Robby
