Wall Street and the politicians, both Democrats and Republicans, thank you for quietly accepting your role as a slave to pay for their yachts, along with the lies, cheating and stealing that have been going on literally every day for more than ten years.

If any readers out there know of any politicians out there who need to buy a yacht, send them my way. I will gladly change my party affiliation, weekly if needed, to earn some money in this tight boat market. I have run accross both buyers and sellers who lie, cheat, and steal, so politicians should be business as usual.

I voted for Mccain, and GWB twice. I was totally disgusted with the way that Bush and the republicans performed. I voted for McCain only because I couldn't stand the thought of admitting to anyone that I voted for Obama.

All that aside, I think it's possible that Obama being elected will be the best thing for conservatives (real conservatives, not our current elected "republicans" that claim to be conservatives) in the long run. If McCain had been elected he would have been another Bush, except more willing to compromise with the Dem's. He would have been a lame duck for his entire presidency and the Lib's would have successfully blamed him for everthing bad that happened while actually pushing thru the same agenda they are pushing now.

With the administration that we have now, House, Senate and White House, there will be no denying over the long run of Obama's presidency that they are responsible for the outcomes. Hopefully this will wake up the conservatives, moderates and libertarians to the truth that Lib's want to control every aspect of our lives and confiscate our hard earned dollars for their "noble" causes.

I hope I'm not being too optimistic. And hopefully Obama and company don't totally destroy the country in the process.

We are in trouble no matter who is at the wheel.

China owns us, they have nuclear weapons, majority of the world population, and oil. They are also buing up oil fields all over the world. We can never pay the debt that we own china and continue to borrow from them. We also pay out billions in foreign aid ever year. Wonder how much aid china gives?

Anyone want to take a guess how long the USA will exist?

With the amount of debt we owe China, it doesn’t take much of a stretch of imagination to realize the influence they can have over our Govt policies, especially to their own benefit.

So this is what a bloodless coup feels like?

I suspect a major difference between the communist regimes and ours is patience. We have none beyond the next election or the next quarter financial numbers. China and others patiently provide us the quick fixes we desire which in the long run will lead to our undoing.

Kind of like an addict who keeps going back to his enabling junkie for just one more fix to get him through the day.

We have been doing this for years. Sooner or later we're going to have to suck it up and make some hard choices to fix things for more than someones political term. I won't hold my breath waiting for that politician to show up.
