I have a 1985 36' Hatteras Convertible and when I go to take the fresh water tank filler cap off I notice there is air built up when I release the filler cap, not enough to blow the cap off but loud enough to hear it. Today the tank was almost empty and it was very hot outside and it did it again. When the tank gets full the water comes out the vent on the side so I don't think the vent is plugged. Is this normal???? Thanks in advance... Rick
