My dad bought a 49 Gulfstar new in 1984 and ran it for 10 years finally selling it in Guntersville. That boat had green accent stripes and was named Tara. I have lost track of her. Maybe that's the same boat. Probably not, but if you're traveling with them, you might ask. Document number was 665151. Can't believe I remember that.

That is really cool!!! I have fond memories. That's the boat I did the loop on before anyone called it The Great Loop.

I toured the factory as she was being built. I'm so glad she's been well cared for. Give the owners my best.
