Steve, the switch I'm talking about is the little red reset button on the air handler itself. We were able to see the one on the inoperable unit in the salon as it sets out further than the one in the master. It's a low amperage rating, but I can't remember how low. Maybe I'll just rob that switch and do a little redneck testing with the operable unit. All the other connections you mentioned are fine, but it almost has to be a problem with low voltage coming into the unit. Otherwise the fan speed wouldn't be affected when the compressor kicks in.
I thought I had a wiring diagram for this system, but the only info I have is a little fact card from Cruise Air and a description of the different systems offered by Hatteras which shows up in the owner's manual. I'll pull the specific info from the unit when I go back to the boat, then I'll see if I can come up with a wiring diagram. I'm sure somebody out there has one if I can come up with it another way.
