AC/Heat upgrade

Plenty of intermittent problems with current ac controls. I was thinking about upgrading to Nest thermostat controls. Anyone have any input or advice?

It really depends on what AC system you have. I doubt they re going to work with the typical crapairs whether self contained or split. One thing for sure is that they won’t be able to show you High or Low press alarms and may not even be able to shut down the compressor

Modern digital controls work well and are very reliable. Or I’ve is the problem
