A very nice 1990 70 foot cockpit motor yacht!!

I like the fact the engines only have 70 hours on them since MO. I think the boat looks very nice and the price is reasonable. The one draw back is it is not for sale to US residents while in US waters. I am sure there is an easy way to deal with that.

You can find a better deal in the states. That is a bit much in price.

However, if you have to have that one, line all the papers up, run off shore 4 miles & sign the papers.

The admiral's health problems prevent me from buying any boats, I just like that one and thought it was a good boat.
