53c project or teardown

There's a 53c in the area with some fire damage that needs a bit more repair, interior and wiring need work too.

1271n and gears supposed to run.

Props and 2 piece shafts look good.

Anyone interested in her as a project before they look to part it out?

Always loved the lines on the 53 convertible. Where is she located. Are they any liens. You have any history on the boat. Thanks
