50A To 30A Pigtail Question

I know this has been asked and I'm sorry for my laziness in not using the search feature. If I use a 50A to 30A pigtail adapter on one or both of my shore power cords, will one or both of my transformers convert to 110V@30amps?
I have a smart Y but there are not always two 30A outlets available. That's the case in my storage area.

I use a 30a 125v to 50a 125v pigtail and plug that into the 50a 125v inlet on the boat. Once I do that, then I have to flip the proper breakers to direct it to the isolation transformer. That gives me 240v to run my charger.
