I took a tour last year and the overall condition, accommodations, and systems are all middle of the road. Not to knock this old girl, she is solid and has many good years left, but nothing about this boat is exciting...

Maybe the most exciting thing is that she doesn't look cluttered and full of garbage. 89K? I wonder what you could buy this boat for. Of course, she is 15K away from where I live....still, looks like a good deal to me.

Looks like she's priced fairly. The engine hours aren't listed and if they are high then she may be priced high. Outriggers are missing, old electronics, twin berths in the master, dated interior and the biggest problem, location. I know someone trying to sell a pristine Hatt in TX and it's not easy. Southern buyers look in Fl and few east coast buyers willing to make a delivery from TX.

There have been several that sold for less than that one and were nice boats. Most of those deals are gone and a good 45C should bring more but only the good boats will sell. You could buy a similar vintage 52C for not too much more than what they're asking for that 45C.

Right, and a more usable boat with bigger accommodations. I guess it depends on location and how much space you have to keep it in.
