Looks like a nice boat good luck with the sale. I think you're going to have a hard time with the terms and conditions of the sale. Everything seems OK except the last sentence. I'd never put a deposit down with those terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Sale is final. Sold in “as is” condition. Prior to closing buyer and seller agree to enter into a vessel purchase agreement putting forth the terms of the sale. Payment will be made by wire transfer to an escrow agent. Boat will be released upon confirmation of good funds and entering into a bill of sale. Should buyer and seller not resolve any issues pertaining to sea trial or inspection of vessel, seller will not be entitled to return of deposit.

Hey salt theres a pritty nice 53 foot hatt going for $88,000 at popyacht.com take a look it's just to small for me I'am looking fo a 60 to 65 footer for myself.

Thanks but I'm not looking for another boat. What are you looking for? SF or MY?

Salt I'am looking for a EB,SF in the 60 to 65 range . I see theres one in longiland that needs one of her mtu's rebuilt the boat don't look to bad in the pic's . been a commercial fisherman most my life and now that Iam retired and still retarted, (lol) I what one that I can play on and take south in the winter. We do plan on living on it at lest until she theatens to kill me if I don't buy her another house (lol) if you know what I mean. but I do intend to keep the house in Maine I have one more room to finish in the house here in Colorado then it goes on the market.

Popyachts is not a broker I would trust. More problems and fake listings that we care to talk about.

Are you talking about the one in New Rochelle? If so she was sold last year. Buyer got a good deal because the engine wasn't as bad as they thought. She was being sold with a bad engine that may have had a bad block and crankshaft. Broker told me it threw a rod. Mechanic said it needed to come out of the boat. Buyer took a chance and ended up getting her running for a whole lot less. Still cost some money but not as bad as replacing one.

yup that was the one I just clicked on it and it now say sale pending. that's ok I'am in no real big rush the right one will come along at some point and then Ill jump on it.theres one in rockport tx to that don't look to bad but I'am more inclined to go with wood interrea in stead of the other

Tico Time has been for sale for a long time. Engines have 5000 hours and are very tired. Owner is having them majored right now but doubt he will still offer it for the same price. They've been unwilling to budge before the rebuilds and doesn't mind keeping the boat. I was told that boat runs hard all the time and still fishes tournaments with those hours on 16V92's. You should start a new thread if you have questions. Between me an another 65EB owner here on the forum, we've been on a lot of the 65's out there. Most are a waste of time. Seems the good ones have sold or are priced way too high.
