I have a couple of questions which are probably the same questions that other forum members might ask. I see the boat on YW. The teak sink is a givaway. There is some statements that the boat has been sanded and is ready for paint. Surely you must have priced a good paint job. A bad job will actually lower the value. How much were you guys quoted? Did you consider having that last piece of work done? Is the boat really in Bristol condition except for paint or are there some other issues like window frames etc.?Are there some wet core issues? Thanks.

Yes, It is on YW...The paint job quote is $35,000 (done last week by Pepe's)
It has some very minor window frame leaks. If I were to paint the boat I would not sell it, because then it would be a 10....The hull paint is old not peeling or cracking and could be buffed and waxed to look ok.. The "Hatteras" Stripe needs to be re-applied. The superstructure was sanded and a very lite coat of paint was applied. The teak is in great shape but is now due for a maintainance coat. I am not aware any delamanation or wet core.
The inside is beautiful as you can see. The inside is Bristol.
