It is rated for 25hp. It planed with a 15 hp holding 2 adults and dive gear. I could not imagine using more than a 25hp. It is military grade and it mainly sold to a Army in South America Peru I think(??). If you are here in Florida I would be happy to meet for you to inspect. The only pics I have are of it in the water on the links below. It can with a 5yr warranty for material, seams and workmanship but it only if valid for the original owner.

"Specs:Length: 11 feet; OVerall Width: 4'10"; Inside width: 27"; Tube diameter: 16"; Person capacity: 5 persons; Loading capacity: 1,250 lbs.; Number of air chambers: 3 + 1 (Keel); Maximum H.P. # 25 H.P.; Weight: 120 lbs.; Extremely well made and durable, 5 layer skin (compared to 3 layers for Zodiac), welded seams, with tapering over and under seam. Heavy duty floorboard system which consists of marine plywood, bathed in fiberglass resin, rough epoxy coating for non-slip, and all aluminum framed." Copied from manufacturer.

Since you can buy these new for $669.00 plus $125.00 for shipping. I'd offer $500.00 for your used craft.

let me know garyd

Gary,

I believe you are mistaken there is only one distrubutor in the US and he does not sell these for that price. You must be checking prices on MARINER not MARINAR. If you would like a new one I can put you in contact with Eric.
