When on plane the boat steers easier to port than starboard. It's about 50% harder to turn the wheel clockwise. At slow speed it's easy both ways. Hydraulic system is in good shape. Would toe in or out of the rudders have this effect?

I have 4 group 31 agm's as a house bank and would like to test them as I believe one may be failing. Is there a way to test battery capacity/health when the specific gravity of the acid cannot be taken?
