I put in a check valve, problem was solved.

I use Semco Teak Sealer. They have a few different shades, I like the natural. I clean and apply once in the spring and then again in August. Semco is much less maintenance than oil and unlike varnish, you don't have to strip it off to refresh.

My Sharp combo microwave convection oven runs on 15amp. I also found that Fisher and Pakel has a fridge that is the same size as the old Kelvinator and will fit through the door of a convertible.

You can buy Detroit Diesel Power Cool from a DD deal. I prefer to use Napa's heavy duty antifreeze and coolant (pink, not green or orange). It is the same thing an a lot cheaper.

After a trip my air conditioning pump loses prime. It takes a wile for the system to push water when back at the dock which makes me nervous. When I have not taken the boat out, the pump is instant shooting water out with good flow. Any thoughts for what I should look at ?

I went with blinds from one of the online retailers. I looked into getting trapezoidal to cover the front angle but the cost seems excessive ($7k from one, $12K from the other). Overall I’m happy with how it turned out and the speed and quality of the online retailer (Blinds.com I think).
