Thanks for all of the birthday wishes. Why, I even got a phone call from the ole Bird, bright and early this morning.

With a number of birthdays this week from a group around here, including Naomi!, we're planning a girls' day out next Friday on Sanctuary. Pascal has generously offered to help drive the boat for us - I still can't do that alone. I don't know how he does it, but he always manages being in that position of being the only guy on a Hatt full of women!

The girls won't be here until "next" weekend (Nov. 2) and the one who is staying with me that weekend (my friend from Ohio) has to go to a seminar for work on Saturday and Sunday, so the boat needs to be dockside so she can leave early each morning. Hence, girl's "day" out instead - she arrives Thursday evening and has Friday free...BOAT RIDE!!! Otherwise, we'd be out of the slip for three days straight!

Mixology...I think I've had that class before....several times, now that I think about it. LOL

Spent my birthday...just me and Sanctuary (which is fine with me!)...trying some new recipes, and discovered I can make some incredible Rosemary Focaccia - surprised myself with that one. I need to restart my herb garden I had on the bow when I first got the boat. Pascal made fun if my little garden, but I bet he'd like to be munching on some of that fresh rosemary focaccia - with FRESHLY PICKED rosemary (just like the basil)! It was a little "container" garden - two pots. It's not like I had a melon patch running wild up there.

Hey Charlie...where's John's Bloody Mary recipe? That would really come in handy next weekend.

Will see him in the morning, he just got back from docking for last nights Monday Nite Football game, in which my Jags got their butts kicked.
We are taking both boats back down Thursday for the Florida/Georgia game this weekend. I wll be in slip 4C and he's in 5C. Like I said before, I am going to have to suffer having the Gator cheerleaders onboard before the game....
