OK - I finally got away yesterday and had a chance to work on the forum bugs that were created with the last software update. Let me know if everything seems to be working correctly again.

Now to get the Gallery back in place again....

Looks like I still don't have the WYSIWYG stuff working yet which is why the smilies don't work. When I enable them, it creates another problem saying the messages are too short (when they really are not). I'll keep digging on that one.

The home button is missing on the top bar. Other than that its moving forward as I see my avatar. Remember software is art not science. Thanks for all the work you do for us.

The format styles are missing from the bottom left corner. The drop down selector is still there, but there are only 2 styles and they are not the ones that were there previously.

I do like having the avatars back though.

That's because I removed the Blue Saint and Blue Saint Liquid Styles because they do not work with the new version of the forum software. Which one did you use before? The BSNEW is the same as the old Blue Saint style. If you used the Blue Saint Liquid style which was a full screen template, I can create one of those if you want me to.

You are right about the software part. I didn't realize that the HOME button had been removed from the updated styles template. I didn't do that, they just took it out with the updated styles release. You can click on the Burgee Flag at any time to go home or click on the Hatteras Owners Forum & Gallery > General Discussion (The Sandbar) > Everything Else > Forum Updates navigation.

I used Blue Saint Liquid, but I can just use the new default style. It goes full screen and that is the main thing.

I created another style called BSFULL which will give you the same look but uses the entire screen.

Doug, thanks for restoring our Avatars, your work is much appreciated and mostly we fail to thank you enough for all you for this forum. We appreciate your efforts and understand this is a sideline from your normal duties.

Ang, I think the font is the same but the spaces are larger so just an illusion of smaller font size. Hope you're not joining us old guys with 'reading glasses' yet - it just gets worse.

If the font size didn't change, then my eyesight has severely deteriorated since this afternoon, and I suspect that at this rate, I'll be blind by the end of the weekend, so it won't matter. I'll have to find someone to read it to me. LOL
