I found 2 big boxes on Ebay a couple of years ago.

It was in the original 1980's packaging.

My understanding is Haddon Hall is an English manor house from which the parquet pattern got its name.

So, Haddon Hall parquet is a particular pattern which you want it in teak from any manufacturer. I don't know what "#158" means.

Czar Floors does a great deal of laser-cut customized flooring, so perhaps contact them directly for a special order since they don't list teak as a stock material, but almost certainly can make it. You can even supply your own lumber.
