I just bought myself a little beachfront condo here and will officially move into around 2/20. Just hanging out in it now trying to come up with someone to lay some vinyl tile and do some painting.

Gonna bring my center console down and do a little fishing and exploring. Always good meeting up with HOF’ers.

It ain’t so.

I’m putting the big Hatt/charter deal on hold for the moment, but this deal was just too good to pass up. I’m still planning to look at 74’ in a few weeks, but unless it REALLY rocks my world, I’ll likely wait. I think I’ll enjoy being a beach bum for a while, but if nothing else, this place will become my retirement home where I can drool off my balcony while watching the ocean. It has elevators and everything, and I’m on the 10th floor.

You can find mine on the websites in my signature. I’m heading back to Tennessee on Wednesday because I don’t want to miss the snow on Tuesday. The ice last Monday was interesting having driven up from Saint Augustine. I’ve never seen snow on a beach before, so we’ll see.
