Classic 1971 36C for sale

Hi all, my wife Kathy and I have decided to sell the Kathy L. After 44 years and countless memories it's
time to pass her along. We decided to post it here before we give the listing to a broker, in hopes
to keep her in the Family, so to speak. This is the first time I have put a post here, so after you see it
any suggestions would be appreciated. A while back I did put some pics in gallery of the major refit
in 2006. I will try to put some pics here and the last two last surveys.
Well, I hit a wall! I could only attach three pics. For now, if you would like to see more pics and the

Hi, FYI she will cruise 22 knots at 2200 rpm 28, or so, at 2800 rpm. If we are light 31knots. Some say,
at that speed the 36 gets real squarely, the only thing I notice the trim tabs are very responsive!

Thanks for the reply. It has been quite a learning experience!!! I'll put some pics here as well. Some
of the things I changed:
Add a Pulpit to the Bow
Salon Door to a slider
Took out the hanging locker in the salon
Took out the lower station and added controls in the cockpit
Cut out the side benches on the bridge and added three helm chairs
Changed the finish on the Mahogany from Bright to Satin
Changed the salon windows from sliding to tinted one piece
Redid hoses for the Electro Scan and holding tank

I'll stop here, my two fingers are getting tired!!!

Those are the engines of choice- better than the 370Bs I used, but that was a while ago. I think your asking price is reasonable- you could not build that boat for even quite a bit more than $125K. Good luck.

Kathy L has made it thru another one Hurricane, Milton has come ang gone. I think this is the 16th between 1981 to 1994
in Rhode Island and 1995 to present in Florida. The only thing that happened was with hurricane Francis
when her forward hatch went sailing. That was because some JERK, me, forgot to latch it shut, but thanks to Sam's Marine
I had a replacement in a few days!!!
