That is a bummer for sure.
Don’t forget about Treasure Coast Propellers right in Stuart. Good luck.

This is where they were dropped off today. Fingers crossed.

If anyone has a pair of props that fit 2 1/2" shafts I'd be interested in borrowing them for our trip. Or even just a starboard prop would help since I still have the port side spare. Can leave a cash deposit to ensure safe return.

I have a set here in the carport that just got back from being re-pitched. You are probably 4 hours one way though by car

Brian, I will take up your offer. Certainly don't expect to run aground again and need them as I am very cautious. As for the drive I kinda got nothing better to do. Thank you.

I have a set of 3 blade that are presently in Palm Coast but are headed to Cocoa Beach on the 10th. They're spares for my 55' but if they'll work and you need them then we'll make it happen. Aarons Marine repair is a great go to in that area if you should need hands with anything, he may have an extra set from his 50'

I’m not they can straighten a nibral that’s that bent without cracking. I’ve seen straightened props loose blades. I’d just keep it as an emergency spare

I'm not going to try and salvage that prop. The boat came with 2 Federal spare props. One of thos was repitched and put on my port side as the original while weight balanced had a vibration at speed. So now that the original starboard is wasted the old port prop is an orphan. Going with new four blades down the road and the Federal 3 blades will be spares properly pitched and in good condition.

What size and pitch are they? Brian offered a pair that will work but you are a lot closer to where we are holed up.

Sent you a PM but it did not go through. Yes I am definitely interested.

I'm headed to the boat today, I'll get specs for you

That's not sitting on the shaft very well.

Thanks for checking. Think that’s too much for my setup. Let me check with my mechanic tomorrow. Want them to work since so close. And hopefully they won’t get used anyway.

Found a decent spare locally to borrow for starboard side. Not a match to the port but close enough to move the boat should they be needed.

Thanks all. Just playing the waiting game to get moving again.

It’s finally my turn in the prop shop👍. Turns out the port side is fine, just needs a few touch ups. So $ saved but more importantly time saved. They are working on the starboard prop. That is a re pitch, not a repair. Should be done tomorrow and go on Thursday morning and we can launch. Fingers crossed!!!
