Rudder Packing Flax size for 87 54MY

I have to change the packing material on a rudder post when I'm lifted this weekend which I have done before on the other side but cannot remember the size. I have packing material left over from doing the engine shafts a number of years ago and I might also have the size the rudder stuffing boxes used too but I am just not sure. Does anyone know off the top of their heads?
