Nope scrape the loose stuff and put on another coat. Never had a blister she’s as fast as she ever was.

Impressive. If we hauled our '85 43 the blisters never appeared. Once we kept it in the water down South unless we hauled over the Summer it they started popping out. Makes me wonder about the resin's used over the years.
