I saw something similar here in the Northern California delta. It didn't seem to attract the boaters like you thought it would. The owner gave up on it due to lack of business. I would have thought it was a great idea.

I'm thinking something more a long the lines of bikini clad maidens and scrubbing bubbles. Bottoms Up might be a catchy name and they could do topsides too. Throw in cold beer and pizza while you wait, and it'll be UGE!!

I do believe that post may be some sort of code or something. When I think of UGE, I think of The Donald. When I think of selling cars, I think of... somebody else, but UGE fits.
