Why would you wallpaper a boat?

Hi Pascal, When do you think you may have your boat interior done? It sounds like it will be unusually nice and I just figured that we should have an HOF gathering there when you're done...lol

Walt;

I think a HOF gathering on Pascal's boat to inspect his new interior is an excellent idea.

I m not going to finish the interior until the engines are in.i m hoping that s going to happen in April or May... been very busy over the past 6 or 7 months. Engines are paid for and have been sitting in a warehouse :( getting close to the point where the boat is pretty much ready for them, maybe a month of work before going to the yard. But we re back in the exumas for a couple of weeks and then again for 3 weeks in march. It s really a pain when works gets in th way, isn't it?

Hopefully will do another raft up for the 2018 Miami boat show with mario and Angela's 58s :) I think that one time was in 2008... time flies.

Posted from Normans cay...

That was a fun time, I remember it well. As I remember Randy slept on the bench seat on the bow of Angela's boat that night. We also had the gang from Sam's come out to the raft up. I would love to do it again. I will make my reservation with Angela.

And moving from boat to boat thru the flybridges...

Missed this one until now, but I was just taking a nap on the bridge of her boat after a very long day. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it! I guess that climb up was the final straw. That and no dinner that night.

I did wake up from that nap, just in time to miss the group photo on the bow, but Jim Pease (it's ALL his fault, damn boaters!) and I later shared the guest stateroom in Ang's boat. Come to think about it, maybe that was after another nap on the bow seat as I had to climb down that same ladder. I remember it well too (well, most of it) and would love to have another reunion like that. Great times with great folks! Fist time I met you, Walt.

Remember the hats on Hatts theme that night and somebody putting a dreadlock hat on the ole bird while he was napping in a chair on Pascal's boat? They even took a "suitable for framing" photo. I looked like Bob Marley's, long lost, sleep-deprived, white step-brother-in-law. I got some much needed rest that night for sure. I'm still grateful to Monica for keeping y'all from getting me into even more trouble that night too. I just hope I snored all night to pay Jim back.

Randy, I still have that dredlock hat/wig and I'll be sure to bring it along.

Walt

Thanks, Walt, by all means, bring it along. I'll be sure to eat dinner AND have a nice nap BEFORE the next get together.
