Luke Brown has a beautiful 61 MY listed

I got an email from Luke Brown about a 61 MY listed with them. Recent price drop makes it look very attractive. I think it was listed for under $300k. Interior looks beautiful. Maybe someone of the forum that's been looking for a beauty will snatch this one up.

I posted that on the "boat are starting to sell" thread a couple of days ago. Rumor is you could buy it for $225k.

My broker spoke with a rep from Luke Brown. He hasent seen the boat since he sold it, eleven years ago. One engine is damaged and apart at this time. Someone is repairing it but not in a big hurry. All that glitters is not gold.
