ZF transmission oil

What kind of oil to use in ZF BW 165 2.5:1 ? Year is 1988 I cant find any info on this number to old I guess, like me being replaced by newer models.

I have been using Caterpillar SAE30 TDTO (Transmission & Drive Train Oil) in my ZF325.
