I'm in the Jacksonville Fl area and I looked at the one in the link below. The story was it belonged to an older couple who were in poor health (broker's story). The carpet and soft goods had been replaced, galley updated and other work done. Appeared very nice, but it needs some exterior work, i.e. new vinyl on aft deck, etc. Seems it had been sitting a while. 2200 hours on the engines; great electronics. Dinghy needs freshening. We looked at it about 8 months ago and they have lowered the price twice. They may be ready to deal. Not sure what your budget is.
I looked at this boat about 3 years ago when Marine Max had her for sale. If it is the same boat it used to be called Radio Buoy. I thought it was decent boat but she needed a total bottom job which the owner at the time would not take care of. I think she went for around 240 k and the current folks did quite a bit of cosmetic work on her with limited if any attention to systems / bottom etc.
Good evening, we have a 52 CPMY, 1991. Always fresh water, low hours, and we are going to list her in about a week. If you have any interest I would welcome a call. Alex
