Windshield wiper spring replacement?

One of my wiper arm tension springs has gone a-missing. Realizing the age, not surprising. Does anyone have any info on manufacturer? I am thinking of just sourcing an automotive spring replacement, but hey, no harm in asking.

If Sams does not have a proper replacement (with in budget), try the guys that have been helping us for over 20 years.
