windlass help

1st night aboard the new Hattie. Cant figure the windlass out. It doesn't respond to the foot buttons on the pulpit. Is there a switch or breaker I'm missing? Thanks for any help

There should be a breaker on the DC panel. There may be one in the ER and or in the rope locker. Not familiar with your set up but that's were I would start looking.

I have a breaker in the rope locker and a switch on the bridge labeled anchor. They both have to be on, to work.
