Has anyone replaced the Wilcox stabilizers? If so who did you use? Were the original holes and/or fins able to be re-used? What else can you tell me? My Wilcox units are non operational. I would like to replace them.

We did new Naiad’s 4 years ago, seems about all that was readily available were those or ABT. Either one you are looking at about $70,000. For complete install. My guess would be that neither would want to use existing fins. Be sure to discuss fin size based on the speed you cruise at.

The $70K budgetary number is spot on.... that's what it cost me in 2022 for Niaid Model 252 with 7.5 sq. ft fins.

I would also look at Wesmar. I am upgrading to their digital controls right now. Their customer support has been excellent. And according to a friend of mine, their pricing on replacement parts is much more reasonable than Naiad.

Have a look at the Vetus Satbilisers. Installed 7 years ago and still running perfectly.

The best thing is they do not need to have any seals reaplaced and are absolutely maintenance free.

I understand Vetus is now marketing in the USA.
