Why do I get cut off from here

I dont know why but I get cut off after I stay on here for a little while and have to go to the bath room or some thing and then I have to log back on again if I am gone more than a few minutes. I need more time in the bath room then I used to these days so may be I need a computer in there ha ha am I doing some thing wrong?

Are you checking off the "Remember Me" box when you log in? If you do, you should never have to log in unless you've deliberately logged off. Just open the forum and you're on. The other possibility is that your cookie settings (cookies stored on computer chips, not chocolate chip) need adjusting.

The sight does goofy things to me sometimes. It wont log me in, I have to follow the link, and when I get to the page, it says I havent logged in. Then If I reload the page, suddenly I'm here. No biggie, but, you know...

Like the man said, no problem if I get to hang with Hatteras people!

The default settings for cookies on most browsers shouldn't give you any problems here. If you're not familiar with it I'd leave it alone.

Lately I notice the pages on this site do not always update when log on.Also many times when I am logged on and try to post it wants a "log on" when I already am logged on. Seems as if something has changed and it does it with any computer I use.

Ok what's really happening is that the moderators must not like what you've been posting so they wait for you to take a crap and break your conection when your not looking. It's happened to me the only way to fix it is to replace your computer seat with an Air Head or Inconelet so you don't have to take your eyes off it.

I got the kid next door to fix my computer he knew what cookies are and made mine go away and now things are better and faster than they were before he did taht. I didnt know you had to do things like that as he said my computer was clogged up and needed to be cleaned like that every once in a while to keep it running right but he told me to stop leaving my computer on all the time because some body could hack it and steal all my things I have on here but may be you all all ready knew that.

I used to be able to click on those cute little faces and they would appear in my replies. Now I have to know the actual charachter set and enter it manually. I sure used to like being able to just select the cute little image and paste it in.
