Which Sealant should I use for frameless windows on my 52SD

Hi everyone, my first post. I will be taking out a front window to replace the refrigerator. Can you help with type and location of the right chalking for the frameless window process.

My yard and me use Silkaflex 295 UV.

I have had VERY good success with Dow Corning Contractors Weatherproofing Sealant. I talked with the Dow Corning Tech support and they said it is identical to 795 without the warranty. PK Supplies sells the sausages for $8 each. I went through about 25 sausages on my bridge enclosure so the savings was significant. Three years later it still looks new and performing well.

If you want it from 'the horses mouth', go to your local automotive glass shop and ask to buy a tube and primer from them. No one installs more frameless glass than an automotive glass shop. They may even give you a tube for free. yes, your cars windshield is frameless glass. Be sure to read the instructions on the tube or the TDS doc, especially to see if it requires preheating/warming beforehand.

I completed a total re fit of my 45C 14 years ago. I installed my windows with Dow Corning 995 . Its as good as the day I put them in. Unbelieveable stuff.
