What's up with Ideal Windlass Company?

I have tried to contact Ideal all week and no one answers the phone at their Rhode Island office. The line either rings and rings with no one answering the phone, or there is an electronic voice that answers and asks the caller to leave a message. I left a message Monday and again this morning..., and no one has yet returned the call. I believe they are still family owned and operated, but this is very strange, indeed, for a company that does world-wide business.

Has anyone else attempted to contact them recently or know what might be happening with this company?

They have a windlass of ours which they are supposed to be rebuilding and adding a wildcat. I am beginning to get concerned....

I googled Ideal and was a little surprised that I could not find a website listed for them. Maybe they are smaller than I thought.

Any luck contacting them this Fri, drop a post.
