What're to install a new air conditioning unit in my 46 convertible

I have a 1976 46 convertible and am eliminating the existing forward,AC unit because it quit and am installing a new 6,000 btu self contained unit. I need it to cool the forward cabin starboard head and the galley. Not shure where to put it, I was thinking about the forward closet behind the head, not so mutch for the unit but how to run the ductwork so it looks OK. The new 16,000 btu aft unit was put in under the master bed and pipes up the bulkhead stops in the master state room and ends into the living room through the original large grill. Thanks
