I know some of you like whalers so I thought I would post some pictures of my 1991 whaler 16 SL. It was not a popular whaler but I like a dual console and the 2 swivel seats. I bought it about a year ago and had hinckley of savannah paint it. I am very pleased with their work. They have a GM that is a joy to work with. The big boat is in Florida and I will use this in va if I get a spare weekend.

I recently obtained a 13' Whaler and I am in the process of refinishing the woodwork. I do look forward to trying it out soon as all I did when I bought it was taqke it straight to the garage after dropping off the Outboard for service.

looks great! Should be fun to ride around on.
I have a 9ft whaler with the mahogany and it is a little yacht. Enjoy.

Love my 17' Montauk. Spent last winter cleaning her up and varnishing the teak. She's a 1985 model with a 90 hp Evinrude ('85 as well). Just replaced the lower unit and the top end of the engine is perfect. Bottom paint finished this week and we'll splash her in the Currituck Sound next week.

They are a lot of fun, last forever and hold their value well.

You did a nice job on that restoration! What year is she?

It is a 1991. I have got to change the seat covers and the Bimini top but I will do that maybe this winter. Other than that it is about done. Time to enjoy but not looking forward to the first dings and such.
