Sitting In Utch's in Cape May N.J., first days run from Brielle finished, Robin Brueckner and I are making the run to Marathon. Close to 2 mpg and the old girls humming along. Up the Delaware Bay today. See the Saint Marie give us a shout. Bill

Let us know if you will be overnighting in the Norfolk, VA area on your way south.

How is this so? You're burning 4 gph and doing 8 knots? How are you measuring gph? I am lucky if I get just over 1 nmpg. Are you measuring statute miles or nautical miles?

If their doing 8 kts they will never make up the Del and thru the C+D canal unless they plan out the tide. It rips in the bay.

Stuffed a fuel filter off Deltaville changed it and could not get the engine to restart. Came into deltaville marina had two guys on it right away. Turns out it lost it's prime in the rough seas we were in when I changed it. They got it taken care of in an hr and a half (170.00 a deal) nice marina. Fueled and ready to pass through norfolk tomorrow. We'll be in Pancho's this year as I have a bunch of sanding and painting to do and I didn't think Bonefish would like it. O and we made the run from Utch's to an anchorage in the bay in one day I think around 80 miles. Bill
